A pennant is a long triangular flag that can be used on the flagpole 24 hours a day, all year round, and is therefore quite indispensable if you don't fly Dannebrog every day.
It is in Denmark good flag practice that there is always something hanging from the flagpole, so that its not empty. The pennants are regularly tested to ensure that they withstand Danish weather conditions. The original Danish pennant is incredibly durable and can withstand rain, debris and strong wind.
But since the pennant often hangs outside day and night in all kinds of weather, we recommend that you replace it 1-2 times a year.
NOTE: Be aware that if you have flagline hooks on your flagline, it must be large/small in order for the pennant to be clicked on. Can be bought separately.

En vimpel er et langt trekantet flag, der må benyttes i flagstangen døgnet rundt, året rundt, og derfor ganske uundværlig, hvis du ikke flager med Dannebrog hver dag. Det er nemlig god flagskik at der altid hænger noget i flagstangen, og at den dermed ikke står tom.
Vimplerne testes jævnligt for at sikres, de tåler danske vejrforhold. Den originale danske vimpel er utrolig holdbar og tåler regn, rusk og kraftig vind. Men siden vimplen ofte hænger ude nat og dag i al slags vejr, anbefaler vi at du skifter den ud 1-2 gange årligt.
OBS: Vær opmærksom på, at hvis du har flaglinekroge på din flagline, skal det være stor/lille, for at vimplen kan klikkes på. Kan købes separat.
